Safety
Care before
intensity
Ritualz should feel powerful, but never reckless. The experience begins with consent, awareness, and respect for the body.
Our approach
The ritual should support you,
not overwhelm you.
Breathwork, heat, sound, and cold can be meaningful tools for restoration, but every body responds differently. Ritualz is designed around awareness, consent, and gradual progression.
These notes are general guidance and should not replace medical advice. If you are unsure whether a session is appropriate for you, please consult a qualified medical professional before booking.
Breathwork
Breathwork can create strong physical, emotional, or energetic sensations. Guests with pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, serious respiratory conditions, recent surgery, fainting history, or serious mental health concerns should consult a medical professional before deeper breathwork.
Sauna
Heat exposure may not be suitable for guests with certain heart conditions, blood pressure concerns, dehydration, fever, acute illness, or alcohol use before the session. Guests should exit the sauna if they feel dizzy, faint, nauseous, or unwell.
Cold plunge
Cold exposure should be approached gradually. Guests with cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, cold sensitivity, fainting history, or medical uncertainty should seek medical guidance first and avoid forcing intensity.
Please consult first
When to speak with a doctor.
Please consult a medical professional before joining breathwork, sauna, cold plunge, or intense ceremonial practices if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, serious respiratory conditions, recent surgery, fainting history, severe anxiety or psychiatric conditions, or any medical uncertainty.
If you feel dizzy, faint, numb, overwhelmed, short of breath in an unsafe way, or unwell during any practice, stop immediately and notify the facilitator.
Consent first
Participation is always optional. Guests can pause, modify, or stop any practice at any time.
No forcing
Ritualz is not about proving toughness. The goal is awareness, regulation, and recovery.
Beginner aware
First-time guests should move slowly, ask questions, and choose lower intensity options when available.
Health disclosure
Guests should share relevant health considerations before joining breathwork, sauna, cold plunge, or private sessions.
